As our second Christmas in Tulsa, our home looks VERY different from last year! While last year’s decor was very deep and classic, I went with the opposite this year! My Christmas decor theme is all centered around the nativity and built upon a very natural, organic, Scandinavian design vibe.

The Entryway

The staircase and entryway has been my favorite spot in our home since the beginning and I’m SO happy now that the space has been brightened up with paint. It is the perfect canvas for some lush greenery, cozy decorations, and of course our friends that have been hibernating – the bears!

The Living Room

Just like last year, we put two Christmas trees in the bay windows on either side of the house, one in the living room and one in the dining room. I love that you can see them from the outside of the house at night like a warm Christmas welcoming. For the mantle, I went with a lush pine garland that looks so natural and full! Then I finished it off with brass bells and our cozy knit stockings. I wanted this space to feel like you could come in here and snuggle up and be comfy!

The Dining Room

In the dining room, I brought back the green chairs! I love how they really elevate the room and make Christmas feel special. We also pulled out the antique highchair that we DIY’d last year – click here to watch how we did it! Another beautiful vignette in this room is the nativity scene on the credenza, isn’t it beautiful?!
